Using Person Centred Tools in Staff Management

Investment in training is never wasted!

To meet inspection, commissioning and contracting requirements, and to be ready for the challenges of personalisation, everyone who works with someone with a learning disability needs to understand and use Person Centred Approaches. In difficult financial times, it's those organisations that invest in innovation, flexibility and listening to and learning from the people they support that come out strongest.
